WOOD n HOME DELIVERY INFORMATION & POLICY

We take great pride to bring Indian handicraft items and furniture to your door step in New Zealand.

Bringing wooden and handicraft items is not easy process. We have to follow and comply with both countries law.

Due to nature of our product and process involved, our standard delivery time frame is 3-6 months for New Zealand. Overseas/International delivery will take longer time and extra charges such as freight, handling charge, port charges and local tax will apply as per country legal requirement which will be extra from selling price. Please ask for quotation for International delivery before buying product.

Any product  which is available in New Zealand will be delivered  within 7 working days.

All our prices cover following charges so you don’t have to worry about it.

  1. Due to the nature of our product and service we offer we do not hold stock of most of our products.  Upon purchase of our product, we will get you confirmation of your and it will be delivered between 3-6 month depending on order. Please contact us before placing order if you have any query for delivery.
  2. Customised order may take extra time.
  3. We do not accept any liabilities for any delayed  due to custom clearance or shipping company and we do not provide refund or compensation for late delivery, however most time our product are delivered on time as we stick order processing procedure.
  4. All products comes in part and will require easy assembly.
  5. Pictures on website for reference, actual colours may vary from the colours shown on your screen, as monitor settings may vary from individual to individual.
  6. Company will not accept  any claims in any condition from customer such mental stress, penalty or any other claim due to delay in delivery.
  7. Customer is eligible for full refund of deposit paid in advance if  goods are not delivered within agreed period without any interest. Company is  not liable to pay any interest on deposit paid if company and customer comes to mutual agreement for refund of deposit.
  8. We reserve the right to change or update this delivery policy at any time and will be effective immediately up on publishing.
