Wood n Home Refund and Cancellation Policy

Any purchased on this website is bound with this policy. 

• Please choose your order carefully, we don’t issue refund for change of mind, if you are unsure we suggest you talk to us before making payment.
• Our product are imported and custom made so we are unable to accept return and no refund will be issued.
• We will issue refund or replace the product, if a product is faulty or damaged on management decision. For your convenience we will try to repair it so you can continue to use with minimum disturbance. We will require full evidence to consider your refund claim. We accept video and photos as evidence to show damage. We may visit your place to inspect product to process your claim.
• You can cancel your order in first 48 hours of placing order, the cancellation request must be received in writing by email inquiry@woodnhome.com
• No cancellation or return will be accepted for special, clearance, sale or customised order.
• If you cancel you order once it shipped then you are liable for paying full cost of product.
• If you cancel your order within 48 hours and your order is already shipped then the refund will only be issued upon successfully receiving of dispatched product. Good must be received in unused, undamaged in original package and customer is liable to pay for shipping cost both way.
